Ron Carúpano continues adding awards exalting its high quality 

Caracas, June 2023. The prestigious Forbes magazine highlighted Ron Carúpano 21 as one of the two finalists for Best Extra Añejo Rum in its most recent review of the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC). In its article, the Global business media made a review of the best rums in the competition, with special emphasis on Ron Carúpano 21.

Last April Ron Carúpano 18 Reserva Limitada and Ron Carúpano 21 Reserva Privada were the brand’s references awarded and recognized by the judges of the SFWSC 2023 edition, which, among over than 45 products from 13 countries participating in the category Extra-Aged Rum – 5 Years and Older, were awarded two “Double Gold” medals, thus becoming the most and best-awarded rum in the world in its category this year.

In his article, Joseph V. Micallef, an author with more than 20 years of experience writing about wine and spirits, once again emphasized the organoleptic characteristics of the product and how are they combine in an exceptional rum, "Ron Carúpano 21 is a rum that stands out for its pronounced notes of caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon on the nose, notes of tropical fruits, milk chocolate and caramel on the palate, with a long, sweet and fruity finish”, the author highlighted.
