PREPARATION
In a highball glass, add peppermint, lemon and granulated sugar loaf. With a mortar, press the peppermint leaves, without breaking them, about 4 or 5 times. Add ice and add 2 oz. Of Ron Añejo Carúpano Reserva 6 Especial. Complete with soda and stir in an upwards motion with a bar spoon.
